We always welcome gifts and donations to help the work of our churches. At present the Coronavirus lock-down is having an impact on our normal giving channels and we particularly encourage members of our congregations to consider reviewing what they give and how they give it, at this time.
Make a regular donation by Standing Order
At the moment this, or the donations button below, is the best option for you and for us for ongoing donations. Which ever you use we ask that you complete and return a Gift Aid donation form if your donation is eligible for this, that way we can reclaim a further 20% on top of your donation at no cost to you.
Physical forms should be returned to The Treasure, Benefice Office, The Rectory, Church Street, Ross-on-Wye HR9 5HN
Scanned copies will do to: email@example.com
Ideally the Standing Order form needs to be sent to your bank but we can do that for you.
Donations to St Mary’s
If you’d like to make your donation digitally to the work of St Mary’s, Ross-on-Wye you can do that via the button below:
It would be most helpful if you would complete a Gift Aid form so that we can reclaim a further 20% on top of your donation which will be at no cost to you.
The Parish Giving Scheme
The Parish Giving Scheme has largely replaced standing orders but during the lock-down new applications are not being processed. We will contact you in due course about this. When operational it is the most efficient way to give, by a very long way, is to use the Parish Giving Scheme. This is really just a direct debit scheme but the process is managed for us at no cost and Gift Aid is automatically reclaimed on all eligible donations.
We’d like to send you more details and an enrollment form. Please just complete this simple form, email our treasurer or call the Benefice office on 01989 562175. Unfortunately there is no online joining system at present.
You’ll find much more information on the scheme here. Or you can download the explanatory leaflet here:
